Founder & CEO Ernest Boniface Makulilo came to the U.S. from Kigoma, Tanzania in 2008 as a Fulbright Scholar, became a U.S. citizen in 2012 and served in the U.S. Navy. He built EBM SCHOLARS because too many families were building lives without building wealth.
